Vehicle Recovery & Damage Guidelines
At ANK Transports, we maintain a strict Vehicle Recovery & Damage Policy to ensure the safety of our fleet and the accountability of every driver. If a vehicle is abandoned without prior notice or fails to be returned as instructed, it will be recovered by the company, and all associated costs—including towing, missing items, and damages—will be deducted from the driver’s account. Any intentional tampering with the vehicle, such as removal of GPS devices, branding stickers, or involvement in fuel theft, is a serious offense and may lead to immediate suspension or termination.
Vehicle Recovery & Damage Policy Highlights
Recovery Charges Apply
A standard recovery fee of ₹3,500 is charged if a vehicle is collected due to driver inactivity, unresponsiveness, or policy violations.
No Refund on Uninformed Recovery
Security Deposits will not be refunded if the vehicle is abandoned or recovered without prior notice from the driver.
Damage Assessment & Charges
Any visible or reported damage to the vehicle will be inspected, and repair costs or replacement charges will be deducted accordingly.
Penalty for Lost Vehicle Items
Missing parts such as mirrors, seat covers, or tools during recovery will result in additional deductions based on the item’s value.
No Liability for Personal Belongings
ANK Transports is not responsible for any personal items left in the vehicle at the time of recovery.
Fair & Documented Process
All recoveries and damages are recorded through photos and written reports to ensure transparency before any deductions are made.
