Return & Payment Distribution Policy
At ANK Transports, Security Deposit (SD) refunds are processed only after a driver successfully completes 90 working days. If a driver has not completed 90 active days, the deposit will not be refunded. Additionally, no refunds will be issued for vehicles that are recovered or left without prior information. If a refund has been claimed but not received, the driver is required to share their bank statement for the relevant dates to help us verify and resolve the issue.Driver payouts are processed on a weekly basis to ensure timely compensation.
