Driving Standards, Ensuring Safety
At ANK Transports, our transport policies are designed to ensure safety, reliability, and professionalism across all operations. All vehicles must be roadworthy, insured, and regularly maintained, while drivers are expected to strictly follow scheduled routes and timings. Seat belt usage, adherence to speed limits, and digital trip tracking are mandatory to ensure passenger safety and service transparency. Drivers must maintain respectful behavior at all times and promptly report any emergencies or incidents.
Transport Regulations & Safety Standards
Vehicle Condition & Compliance
All vehicles must be roadworthy, insured, and undergo regular maintenance. Any vehicle not meeting safety standards will be removed from service.
Route & Timing Adherence
Drivers must strictly follow assigned routes and scheduled trip times. Unauthorized diversions or delays are not permitted.
Digital Trip Monitoring
All trips are tracked digitally to ensure transparency and safety. Manual logging or bypassing tracking systems is prohibited.
Safety Regulations
Seat belts must be worn by all occupants. Vehicles should not exceed 80 km/h, and traffic laws must be followed at all times.
Parking & Usage Rules
Vehicles must only be parked in authorized areas. Company vehicles are not to be used for personal purposes or outside approved hours.
Incident Reporting & Complaint Resolution
Report issues immediately. Complaints resolved in 24–48 hours. Violations may lead to suspension or penalties.
